§ 1 — Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing or using the website of Insights Academic Publishing (“IAP”) located at www.iapublishing.org, You agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

1.2 If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must discontinue use of the website immediately.

1.3 These Terms apply to all website visitors, authors, reviewers, editors, and any users interacting with IAP services.

§ 2 — Permitted Use

2.1 You may access, read, download, and share open-access content published by IAP, subject to the Creative Commons license applicable to each article.

2.2 You may link to IAP pages, provided the link does not:

• misrepresent IAP,
• present false affiliation,
• imply endorsement,
• or harm IAP’s reputation.

2.3 Limited reuse of website text is permitted with proper attribution and adherence to the license terms.

§ 3 — Prohibited Use

3.1 Users agree not to:

• copy the website design, code, or structure for commercial purposes,
• attempt unauthorized access to IAP systems,
• upload malware, harmful scripts, or spam,
• scrape, harvest, or mine data without written permission,
• falsely claim affiliation with IAP.
